FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Children are not allowed at the salon. If you bring a child with you to your salon service, you will kindly be asked to reschedule to another day or time and may be subject to the same-day cancelation fee.
We do not allow clients to purchase their own hair outside of our salon. When it comes to hair extensions, we have a standard of quality that we require when working with Natural Beaded Rows™.
If you are sick or have symptoms, your hair stylist must be notified and your appointment rescheduled. If you arrive to your appointment and appear sick, the appointment will be cancelled. Please be considerate of all others in the facility.
Appointments that result in a No-Show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will be required to secure all future bookings with a deposit. Failure to pay the penalty may be grounds for refusal of service.
Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will result in 50%of service charge fee.
Same-Day Cancellations will result in 100% service charge fee.
Please do not be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. If you are later than 15 minutes, you will need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the Same Day Cancellation fee.
All clients are required to put a card on file at the time of scheduling and payment in full is due at the time of service. In addition to penalty charges for single incidents, repeat violations of the policies laid out in this waiver may result in refusal of service or requirement to leave a deposit prior to each scheduled appointment. This deposit is determined on a case by case basis and dependent on the service scheduled. Scheduling an appointment and putting your card on file means that you understand and accept all policies laid out in this waiver and authorize the penalty fees to be charged for missed/late/no show appointments.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on service charges or product sales.
